Janitor/Cleaner Floater and Assistant

"Extra Income - cleaning job" –

We are a cleaning company that has a cleaning job in a office buildings located in the Owing Mills, MD  and surrounding.

Per Diem POSITION 5 Days per week - Monday through Friday 

As a floater your role is that you are assigned to work in multiple locations, often to fill vacancies or cover leave of absence.  

• Floaters are responsible for performing basic cleaning tasks, such as: sweeping, mopping, dusting, restroom sanitation, vacuuming, spot cleaning, and emptying wastebaskets. 
• Ensuring that cleaning practices are safe and efficient 

• Performing janitorial duties as outlined in the service scope for each location 
• Using appropriate methods, equipment, and chemicals to complete cleaning tasks 

Days and hours of service: Varies as needed (Floater) 4 hours for evening and day hours may vary depending on customer needs.  Day shift hours will vary depending on 8 hour shift, 4 hours shift and 3 hours shift.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Office cleaning, Cleaning restrooms/kitchen, Vacuuming rugs, Dusting surfaces,Trash removal

Sweeping and mopping floors,Glass cleaning/mirrors, Stocking paper products

**ALL supplies provided and on-site***

*PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Must Be Able To Lift 10+ pounds Regularly Every Day, Bend, Stretch, Stand For Extended Periods Of Time, Climb Stairs, Climb A Ladder, Reach, Twist, Sit, Walk and squat. Must Be Comfortable Working On Feet For Entire Shift.

Qualifications:

Attention To Detail A MUST

MUST Have Reliable Transportation To Location.

Previous Cleaning Experience A PLUS.

Must Be Able To Travel To Various Locations in Owing Mills/Baltimore and surroundings. 

License/Certification:

• Valid Driver's License (Required)

Work Location: On the road
